TESOL Diploma Apostille Notarization Course

Today, I'm going to introduce the Apostille notarization process from start to finish. Let's all take a look!

All documents except official documents of the Canadian government are considered miscellaneous documents. The Apostille certification process for Canadian documents is as follows.

The process consists of Canadian notarization → federal or provincial government apostille certification → domestic transmission.

Step 1: Notary Public Notarization

First, I went to a lawyer to have the diploma itself notarized.

(Vancouver Coal Harbour Law Firm)

Call Harbour Law, a large law firm located in downtown Vancouver, has agreed to continue working with Glenn College to provide notarization services for students.

The lawyer verified the authenticity of the diploma, prepared several documents, and then notarized them.

Step 2: Apostille Certification

Now, the next step is the federal or provincial government Apostille certification process. Now, send the notarized diploma by mail to the BC provincial government in Vancouver. After sending it, wait a little while and the Apostille notarized document will arrive.

Let's look at the documents one by one.

Documents notarized in this way can be used validly between Apostille Convention member countries. Let's summarize the advantages of receiving an Apostille.

International Validity

: Apostille is an internationally recognized notarization method that allows the diploma to be recognized in countries other than the one in which it was issued. This is especially helpful when pursuing studies or seeking employment abroad.

Legal Authenticity

: A diploma that has received an Apostille is considered a document authenticated by an official authority in the country (a Canadian provincial certification). This increases confidence in the authenticity of the diploma.

Simplify document processing

: Diploma with an Apostille can be used in many countries without the need for separate notarization. This simplifies the document processing process and saves time.

If you receive an Apostille, you will be able to prove your qualification as an English teacher in the countries above, if it is TESOL. The scope of use will be expanded depending on the diploma.
