*After 30% but within 50% of the program duration (based on calendar days)
: 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded. (Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.)
*After 50% of the program duration has elapsed (based on calendar days)
: No refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the student's notice of withdrawal.
Calculation of Program Completion for Refund Purposes
For online asynchronous programs consisting primarily of pre-recorded lectures, the program completion percentage used for tuition refund purposes is not calculated solely based on the proportion of lectures, quizzes, assignments, or assessments completed by the student.
Instead, the completion percentage is calculated based on the Elapsed Period of Enrollment.
The Elapsed Period of Enrollment is calculated from the student's official program start date until the date the student withdraws from the program or the date on which the educational institution receives the student's written notice of withdrawal.
A student's failure to access or complete online course materials, assessments, or other learning activities provided during the enrollment period does not extend the enrollment period or reduce the program completion percentage used for calculating the tuition refund.
